Duehring Properties LLC has purchased a 5,000 square foot industrial property located in Grafton, Wisconsin from Ruth J. Wolf Revocable Living Trust (Seller). In addition, the property that sold in Grafton is located at 825 Beech Street. Lastly, Jacob Groth from The Dickman Company, Inc. represented the Buyer, Duehring Properties LLC, in this transaction.
