In addition, the industrial property is located at 2801 South 163rd Street, New Berlin, Wisconsin. Furthermore, The Total Water Treatment System, Inc., leased the property from Ervin and Judith Staacke. Ervin and Judith Staacke are the landlords of the property at 2801 South 163rd Street in New Berlin. Lastly, the transaction of the property in New Berlin involved a broker from The Dickman Company.
